This particular program is designed around bio-individuality. Not all machines were created equal. You will learn the science behind macro-nutrition. Whether you are looking to lose weight, prevent the need for a medication or learn how to curb cravings, you are in the driver seat. You can make these changes without giving up the foods you love to eat.

Personal Training
Adding a strength training program yields a host of health benefits including increase in bone density and increase in overall metabolism. With this program you receive a full movement and body composition screenings during the initial consultation. As a certified corrective exercise specialist I will work with you to optimize movement quality and reduce movement habits that create discomfort and interfere with proper functional mobility.
Whether you desire to add a day or two of extra movement to your daily schedule or want to completely transform your body through a rigorous training program…we will work together to construct the perfect workout plan. NO GYM time is required for total transformation! You select your desired workout space and we collaboratively create a plan based on the equipment and space available to you.

This program is a culmination of all three programs, 1:1 coaching, nutrition planning and personal training sessions. This is the best way to make the ultimate changes in your life.
